How do I get started with registration?

Start by preparing the foundations CQC will expect: DBS checks, a business plan, insurance, financial viability evidence, your staffing structure and a training matrix. You will also need a Statement of Purpose, Registered Manager application and Provider application. We can complete the whole process with you or review what you have prepared before submission.

How much does it cost to help me get registered?

The Full Registration Package is £2,100 plus VAT, with a 50% deposit. It includes Registration Support, the Supporting Documents Package (bespoke business plan, detailed 12-month financial forecast and the required pre-registration policies) and Interview Support. Bought separately, Registration Support is £1,200 plus VAT, Supporting Documents £750 plus VAT and Interview Support £150 plus VAT. We cannot complete DBS applications or manage your CQC portal, but we do provide CQC email and correspondence support.

How long does it take to get registered?

The timescale depends on how prepared you are before applying. DBS checks can create an early delay, and CQC timescales after submission vary. Complete, consistent applications with the right supporting evidence are less likely to be returned for corrections.

Compliance means meeting CQC's fundamental standards and being able to demonstrate how your service answers the five key questions: is it Safe, Effective, Well-led, Responsive and Caring? Your policies, records, audits, staff practice and leadership evidence should all tell the same story.

Compliance protects the people who use your service, gives staff a clear and safe way to work, and provides evidence that leaders understand and manage risk. It is also a condition of registration and central to CQC assessment and enforcement decisions.

How can I maintain compliance in my service?

Maintain a live audit programme, review incidents and complaints, keep training and supervision current, update policies when guidance changes, and record actions through to completion. Complete your annual Provider Information Return when CQC requests it and keep the supporting evidence ready throughout the year.

We review material continuously. When legislation, statutory guidance or CQC expectations change, affected documents are reviewed, versioned and updated in the online portal for customers with ongoing access.

Yes. The documents are supplied in editable Word format so you can keep operational details current and adapt working procedures as your service develops.

Can I cancel my order after it is placed?
