Who we are
This website is operated by CQC Experts Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using the site, buying a document or engaging us for consultancy you accept these terms.

Our services
We provide CQC registration support, ongoing compliance consultancy, personalised policies and procedures, and downloadable templates. Consultancy is delivered by agreement in writing setting out scope, fees and timescales.
We work to secure the best possible outcome for you, but we are not the Care Quality Commission and cannot guarantee any regulatory decision, rating or timescale.
Documentation packages
Documentation packages run for an initial 12-month term. Where payment is monthly, those payments are instalments toward the full 12-month package rather than a month-to-month service. If a payment fails, access and updates may be suspended until the account is brought up to date. After the first 12 months, the package continues on a rolling basis until ended using the notice terms confirmed in your order.
Project services, orders and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Digital products are made available immediately after payment clears.
- Project services begin after a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due at the agreed delivery stage.
- Consultancy invoices are payable within 14 days unless agreed otherwise; late payments may attract statutory interest and recovery costs.
Licence and use of documents
Documents are licensed to the purchasing organisation for its own internal use. You may edit and brand them for your service. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute them to other providers or consultants.
Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for how the documents and advice are implemented in your service, for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for meeting your legal duties as a registered provider.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Cancellation
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our refund and returns policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
